MyHelp has been created to enhance the road to recovery for those requiring support with their mental health and wellbeing.

It is a digital tool aimed at strengthening the relationship between both a Mental Health Practitioner (this could be a therapist, counsellor or someone else) and an Individual receiving support.

MyHelp provides tools to Practitioners to best advise and assist Individuals receiving support. Also, Individuals have access to their own platform which aims to capture all the key elements of their support.

We want every Individual to have the best chances of getting to a better place with the Practitioner having access to tools that can empower them in the support they provide.
