Daniel Horowitz

Daniel Horowitz is a genealogy expert at MyHeritage, contributing since November 2006 through tasks such as lecturing at international conferences, promoting services to genealogy societies and geneabloggers, and maintaining the MyHeritage Research genealogy search engine. In previous roles at MyHeritage, Daniel served as the head of the Translation Department, overseeing the translation of products into Spanish and managing a volunteer database for multilingual support. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of Microtarget Computacion from July 1997 to May 2006, where Daniel focused on web development and e-commerce solutions, and teaching computer classes at Moral y Luces Herzl-Bialik Elementary School from September 1991 to May 2005, which included a project on genealogical research for children. Educational qualifications include a specialization in School Management from Universidad Metropolitana and a degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidad 'Alejandro de Humboldt', among others.
