Support Coordination Team

The Support Coordination Team at MyIntegra assists people with disabilities by managing and coordinating their individualized support plans. They work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of services, fostering client independence and well-being. The team consists of regional and national coordinators who oversee operations and support coordinators who provide direct assistance and guidance.
