MyJobMatcher's vision is to utilise technology so that opportunity finds the user and we take the 'job' out of job seeking.

MyJobMatcher matches job seekers to jobs they have the qualifications, skills and experience for. Our online service uses proprietary technology based on data from more than 130 million real resumes / CVs, the equivalent of 65% of the working population of the USA. We provide real job matching, not just an automated search by job title and location, ensuring that our clients receive applications from people who will meet and exceed their expectations.

Launched in 2013, MyJobMatcher is already established as the UK leader in providing matched applicants for vacancies across all sectors. In less than 30 seconds we can introduce a candidate to virtually every suitable job in the country. By supplying job seekers only with roles they are matched to, we save them time and enhance their job hunting experience, whilst ensuring that our clients receive the best quality applications.

Our executive team is made up of young innovators combined with job board veterans, who together lead a talented team of software engineers, commercial and support staff.
