MyKapital is a digital operating platform for SSM approved Interest Schemes.

In Malaysia, Interest Schemes are regulated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia SSM under the Interest Schemes Act 2016. Once approved, issuers are required to execute the scheme strictly in accordance with the authorised prospectus, from investor onboarding and cooling off periods, to trustee reporting and interest distribution.

This is where many schemes struggle.

SSM approves the scheme but day to day execution is handled by admins, operations, and finance teams. When operations rely on spreadsheets, emails, and manual tracking, compliance becomes fragile and operational risk increases.

MyKapital exists to close that gap.

We provide a compliance by design digital operating layer that helps SSM approved Interest Schemes operate as approved with one system, one record, and one source of truth.

What MyKapital supports:

• Digital investor onboarding and KYC
• Cooling off period management and refunds
• Trustee aligned reporting and audit trails
• Interest distribution tracking
• Issuer, investor, trustee, and auditor access in one platform

MyKapital does not replace regulators or trustees, and we do not hold investor funds.
All funds remain safeguarded by licensed trustees, in line with regulatory requirements.

We are built for the people who actually run the scheme.
When admins work with clarity, management can operate with confidence.
