At MyKohi, we help mental health, TMS, and ketamine clinics grow with clarity, integrity, and intention.

We built MyKohi because we know how hard this work actually is. Our Founder is a former multi-location mental health clinic owner, and our leadership team has lived the day-to-day realities of running clinics where patient care, clinical oversight, operations, and growth all intersect. We understand the pressure, uncertainty, and frustration that come from working with vendors who promise results but don’t truly understand the clinical and operational side of this industry.

Our work is rooted in real experience. We partner with clinics that want sustainable growth, not shortcuts. On the marketing and practice development side, we focus on attracting the right patients and ensuring your online presence reflects the quality of care you provide. On the consulting side, we help strengthen what happens behind the scenes, from workflows and team alignment to referral strategy and long-term growth planning.

For clinics that need deeper clinical leadership, we provide fractional Chief Medical Officer support. This includes medical oversight, clinical strategy, protocol guidance, and leadership support for owners who want experienced physician direction without adding full-time overhead. For owners thinking ahead to a future transition, we also offer M&A advisory support, helping clinics strengthen their foundation so they can approach MSOs or private equity with clarity and confidence.

We are intentionally boutique and work with a limited number of clinics so we can stay deeply involved, honest, and thoughtful in our guidance. If you are a clinic owner looking for a true partner, or a vendor seeking aligned, long-term relationships, follow us for grounded insight and real conversations, or send us a message to connect.
