Clay Watson

Clay Watson serves as the Associate Chief Medical Officer at myLaurel® since June 2024, focusing on managing the clinical team, enhancing client relationships, and improving care quality. Prior roles include Senior National Medical Director at Optum at Home and Senior Medical Director at Optum. Watson has extensive experience in complex care management, overseeing Medicare Advantage programs in Colorado and Utah, and providing hospitalist services to diverse patient populations. Additionally, Watson has held various leadership positions in infectious disease management and medical oversight, contributing to infection control and telemedicine practices. Watson holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Colorado State University.
