Simonetta Carpo

Simonetta Carpo is an experienced trainer and executive coach, currently working with Cefriel and Mylia Advancing Humanity since 2015 and 2014 respectively. Additionally, Simonetta has been affiliated with ISTUD Business School since 2002, providing training and coaching services. Prior to these roles, Simonetta worked as a professional HR at Banca Intesa from 1997 to 2000. Simonetta holds a Dottorato di ricerca in Sociologia from Università di Trento, along with degrees in Economia politica from Università Bocconi and Psicologia del lavoro from Università di Pavia.
