Tom Withers possesses over 10 years of extensive experience in the print-on-demand and sublimation industries. Currently serving as Director of Process Engineering at MyLocker, CustomCat, and Bespoke Labs since October 2022, Withers also has a background as a consultant for POD Consulting and previously founded PODFUL and My Print Partner Ltd. Notable roles include co-founding WPAPS Ltd and serving as CEO of Advanced 3D Systems Ltd. With expertise in product development, supply chain management, and 2D/3D dye sublimation, Withers has consistently driven innovation in mass customization and personalization. Educational credentials include a BA in Business and Accounting from Open University.
