We are an independent business offering recovery coach services for NDIS participants with psychosocial disability in Sydney.

Our mission is to support participants regaining control of life in general, returning to optimal health and wellbeing, then progressing to maximise their potential.

Coaches at My Mate Jake have many years of experience in providing services to NDIS participants, and are especially passionate about helping participants with psychosocial disability.

By employing a strength based approach, we focus on what you do well to maximise your potential. Our dedicated team understands the barriers to recovery through their own lived experience and learnt knowledge. 

Our coaches strive to empower, motivate and educate so you can achieve the life you really want. We work collaboratively with you and your supports to create a recovery action plan tailored for your specific situation, needs and goals.
