MyMealAid is building a culturally inclusive preventive nutrition platform that turns overwhelming nutrition advice into practical daily action.

Starting with South Asian Canadians at risk of type 2 diabetes, MyMealAid provides personalized meal guidance, culturally familiar recipes, ingredient swaps, grocery support and simple nutrition education. 

Our goal is to help people make realistic food choices between healthcare appointments. Over time, MyMealAid plans to expand across cultural communities and nutrition related health risks.

Founded by Ayman Begum, MyMealAid is currently developing its MVP and preparing for usability beta testing with users in Canada.
