Mars Wang

Mars Wang has three years of professional work experience. In 2019, they were the Product Operations Manager at MyMiniFactory, where they were also responsible for Customer Success & Product/QA Management and Marketing Intern roles. In these roles, they were responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, gathering feedback from customers, studying other customer success programs, analyzing customer data to identify the best practices, generating ideas and strategies to elevate the popularity and revenue of certain product categories, and reaching out to digital designers to join MyMiniFactory. In 2016, Mars was a Marketing Intern at dentsu 電通, where they were responsible for supporting seniors with information researching and presentation designing, delivering presentations of the process of ideation and strategic analysis, and meeting clients and practicing pitching skills. In 2014, they were a Waitor at Orange Coffee, where they were responsible for providing great customer service and maintaining the quality of food and the environment, communicating and collaborating with other staffs efficiently, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Mars Wang completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Soochow University in 2017. Following this, they obtained a Master of Arts in Product and Furniture Design from Kingston University in 2020.
