Mr. Johnson was a Founder, Board Member and Executive VP of SmartSynch, Inc, a leading provider of Wireless SmartMeter and SmartGrid Products, Software and Services to Fortune 500 Utilities in the US. Mr. Johnson is also the author or co-author of a number of CORTxT® patents.
