Mynding Minds are a Mildura based group of mental health professionals with industry experience across varying fields. We are taking our collective knowledge and experience and bringing it to workplaces across Victoria, working with employers in finding ways to improve staff wellbeing through various mental-health programs.

Initially established in 2015, Mynding Minds is comprised of mental-health professionals from counsellors to psychologists, as well as mental-health nurses and social workers; all of whom bring something different and unique to the organisation.

By working with employers and organisations, our goal is to facilitate improved staff wellbeing through our tailored mental-health related programs. We explore challenges in the workplace, work-life balance, and other areas of mental-health through various programs and workshops such as Mental Health First-Aid, as well as one-on-one counselling and professional supervision.
