Myndset Therapeutics: A Neurodivergent-Affirming Approach to Mental Health

At Myndset Therapeutics, we believe mental health care should work with your brain, not against it. We provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy, coaching, and consulting for adults with ADHD, Autism, and trauma histories, using an approach grounded in Polyvagal Theory (PVT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Our Services:

✅ Therapy & Coaching – Personalized support for neurodivergent adults navigating anxiety, executive dysfunction, and sensory sensitivities.
✅ ADHD & Autism Consulting – Helping individuals, workplaces, and schools create neurodivergent-friendly environments.
✅ Trauma-Informed Therapy – Confidential care for complex trauma, first responders, and government employees.
✅ Sensory Regulation & Nervous System-Based Strategies – Tools to manage chronic fight-or-flight responses.
✅ Mental Health Education & Advocacy – Training and resources to promote neurodivergent understanding and inclusion.
