We are on a mission to make mental health cool.

We want to empower Indians with relevant, powerful, authentic, and credible mental health content, so that they can take the best decisions for their health.

How do we do that?

We do that through:

🔷Podcasts: Engaging conversations on our mind, space, body and more with some of India’s best.

🔷Interviews: Deep discussions with mental health experts and professionals in the wellness industry.

🔷Essays: Personal and intimate accounts ofindividual journeys through mental wellness.

🔷Wellness Lounges" Safe spaces and digital workshops to enhance your mental well-being.

🔷Curated Therapists: Cut through the clutter to find our carefully selected list of therapists.

🔷Mental Health Products: Receive support on your mental health journey with some of our expert reviewed products.

🔷News: Find out everything that’s happening in the world of psychology.
