Skooby Laposky is an accomplished artist and music consultant with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries and prestigious institutions. Currently involved with the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum as part of the Neighborhood Salon Luminaries Program, Skooby facilitates creative collaborations among Boston's artistic community. As a recording artist with myndstream, Skooby produces new age folk music utilizing biodata sonification. A seasoned professional, Skooby has provided freelance music consulting, remixing, and DJing for Massachusetts College of Art and Design since 2013, in addition to contributions to IDEO and The Art Institute of Chicago. Previous roles include Creative Director at WAAVES Studio and various freelance projects, including sound design and film scoring. Academic qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art.
