Caterina Declas has a diverse work experience spanning various coaching and counseling roles. Caterina began their career in 1991 as a Civil Servant and Executive Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where they worked until 2008. In 2016, they transitioned into a Life Coach role at Parent Gym, where they provided coaching services until 2020. In 2018, Caterina became a Certified Life Coach at Platinum Healing Limited, where they worked until 2020. Caterina then joined Spark Inside in 2019 as a Life Coach and is currently working as a Life Coach/Counselor at MYNDUP.

Caterina Declas has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended St Monica's High School in Prestwich, Manchester for their secondary education. From 1988 to 1990, they attended Loreto 6th Form College, Manchester, where they obtained 3 A-levels in Sociology, French, and Spanish. In 1991, they enrolled at Leeds Beckett University for International Languages and Business Studies and passed their first year. Later, in 1998-1999, they pursued a Certificate in Person-Centered Counselling from The University of Salford. In 2015-2016, Caterina attended the Animas Centre for Coaching, although no degree or field of study is specified. Furthermore, they received training in Positive Psychology from Positive Psychology Training in 2017. Finally, in the same year, they became a Domestic Abuse Community Ambassador through Rise UK, focusing on supporting victims of domestic abuse.
