Dr. Frederick "Freddy" Starr is a neuropsychiatrist and medical doctor, currently serving at New Jersey Mental Wellness and Rutgers University. Dr. Starr holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Microbiology from Syracuse University and obtained their Medical Doctorate from Rutgers Medical School, completing additional residency programs in Adult Psychiatry at Boston University and Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Vanderbilt University. As a pioneer in QEEG and Neurofeedback, Dr. Starr founded Myneurva in 2017, aiming to advance brain-computer interface diagnostics.
