Wayne Cartmel

Wayne Cartmel is the Founder and CEO of MyNewTerm, a specialized Applicant Tracking System designed to enhance recruitment efficiency in schools and Multi-academy trusts, a venture inspired by personal experiences in job applications within the education sector. Since June 2023, Wayne has also been a Member of Chiltern Learning Trust. Previous experience includes a role as Multi-Academy Trust Project Manager at GL Assessment, where standardization of customer support processes was a focus, and as an Education Advisor at Boardworks Ltd, providing resources for teaching across various subjects. Wayne began his career as a Teacher of Mathematics and Business Studies at Barnfield Federation and holds a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Bedfordshire, along with a BA (Hons) in Business with Finance from Northumbria University.
