Monalisha

Monalisha, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Head of Performance, People Analytics, Talent Branding, and HR Strategy at Myntra, where they focus on enhancing workforce effectiveness. Prior to this role, Monalisha served as Associate Director of Human Resources at Flipkart, leading initiatives in inclusion, diversity, and talent development. Their earlier experience includes roles at companies such as Cipla and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they specialized in HR business partnership and talent management. Monalisha is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, where they were an active member of the Placement Committee.
