Nitish Phanse

Nitish Phanse is a Senior Engineering Manager at Myntra, where they manage a team of twelve engineers focused on scaling and delivering seamless user experiences for the platform. Previously, Nitish served as a Technical Lead, contributing to frontend performance using technologies like React and Node, while also enhancing the internal design system. With prior experience at companies such as Practo and KyePot, Nitish has built various applications and platforms from the ground up. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
