Veteran Advisor at Myomo

Wayne is a nationally respected advocate who has, for more than three decades, worked for peace, justice, and veteran’s rights. He joined the US Army Medical Corps and served in Vietnam as a combat medic, then began his career as a therapist and advocate for veterans and their families. He has served in a leadership capacity with the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation and is a co-founder/co-recipient of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines – 1997 Nobel Peace Prize. He has raised funds for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, lobbied Congress to normalize relations with Vietnam, and has appeared in numerous radio and TV interviews on veterans issues.
