Steven Sutton

Steven Sutton is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Myonex since April 2022. Previously, Steven held the position of Associate General Counsel at United BioSource from September 2018 to April 2022, as well as at Infor from September 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included providing legal counsel, drafting and negotiating contracts related to software licensing and cloud services. Before that, Steven was a Senior Corporate Attorney at IMS Health from September 2008 to August 2016, leading contract development and providing legal support for numerous business segments, including mergers and acquisitions. Steven’s legal career commenced at Lentz, Cantor & Massey, Ltd., where impactful work involved reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements. Steven earned a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. in English from Penn State University.
