Ryan Sands

Ryan Sands is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Myoos since December 2024, Sands is also the Principal Owner of Sandmark Holdings, LLC, and a Co-Managing Partner at BSM Group, LLC. Prior to these positions, Sands held significant roles at Fusion92 as SVP of Enterprise Data Strategy & AI and co-founded Pinsights, serving as CEO until August 2021. A long tenure at H&R Block from 2006 to 2019 included roles such as Head of Business Development and Director of Corporate Analytics, among others. Earlier career experiences involve business advisory services at Grant Thornton and financial roles at H&R Block. Ryan Sands holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics/Finance from Rockhurst University.
