Monika Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in HR Operations at MyOperator since October 2022, Monika specializes in onboarding, employee engagement, grievance resolution, performance management, payroll, and compliance. Previous roles include HR Operations at SounderGrad and Human Resources Business Partner at Tech Mahindra, where Monika was involved in recruitment, performance appraisals, stakeholder management, and MIS reporting.
