Steve Bleier

Steve Bleier is a seasoned professional with experience in both software development and education. Currently a Software Developer at WTS Paradigm since July 2016, Steve previously worked as a Software Engineer at RateLinx and held positions in educational roles, including Head Varsity Volleyball Coach and Mathematics Teacher at Madison Edgewood High School. Notably, Steve oversaw a successful volleyball program leading to five state tournament berths and 12 conference championships, while also developing curricula for Computer Science and AP Statistics. As Associate Director at Capital Volleyball Academy, Steve co-founded a major youth volleyball program, mentoring coaches in management and instructional efficiency. Steve's early career included roles as a Substitute Teacher in Monona Grove School District and Database Developer at Mequon Racquet Club, where an outdated database system was modernized under Steve's oversight. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
