Tom Smith has a diverse work experience in technology roles. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Haulable and My Parcel Delivery, starting in October 2021. Previously, they worked at Clock as the Head of Technology from January 2020 to September 2021. Tom'sresponsibilities included leading the Software Engineering team, technical project delivery, mentoring team members, recruitment, performance reviews, and liaising with project managers. Before that, Tom was a Senior Software Engineer at Clock, where they were the lead developer for My Times+ for two years and provided support for the project. Tom also worked as a Software Engineer at Clock from July 2005 to December 2010. Prior to Clock, Tom served as the Chief Technology Officer at E-Gistics Ltd from October 2019 to September 2021.

Tom Smith attended Bournemouth University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing. Prior to this, they attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2000 to 2002 and obtained A levels in Maths, IT, and Business Studies. Tom'ssecondary education was completed at Tomlinscote from 1995 to 2000, where they achieved GCSE qualifications with grades ranging from A to C. Tom also obtained additional certifications, such as the PHP 5.3 Zend Certified Engineer in December 2013 and the M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers in June 2014.
