Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in workforce management, business development, and project management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MyPass since March 2015, Matt leads the development of award-winning software for onboarding and skills tracking. Prior experience includes directing SECORA Productivity Consultants, specializing in process optimization and operational effectiveness, as well as holding multiple senior roles at SKILLED Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, client growth, and team management across various divisions. Matt's earlier career included roles in construction engineering at Fletcher Construction, notably contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce from the University of Auckland, as well as a General Manager Executive Program Graduate certificate from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
