Derek Schaefer

Derek Schaefer, CPP, possesses a robust background in finance and payroll management, with extensive experience at Mandli Communications where responsibilities included serving as Head of Finances and Operations Logistics Manager from 2003 to 2018. Following this tenure, Derek held the position of Payroll Specialist at Mead & Hunt from February 2019 to September 2024, before transitioning to MyPath as Payroll Manager. Additionally, Derek has served as a Master Level Basketball Referee for the WIAA since 1995, demonstrating commitment to the sport. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1990 and 1996.
