Leslie Chard is an experienced attorney and Chief Legal Officer with a strong background in technology and business development. They have held key legal positions in various companies, including founding member of TechGC and President of HDMI Licensing, LLC, where they contributed to the creation of industry standards and managed extensive legal operations. With previous roles at Keck, Mahin & Cate, and Fenwick and West, Leslie expertise spans intellectual property and technology transactions. Leslie currently serves on the advisory boards of TactoTek Inc. and Senseg, while actively contributing to financial literacy initiatives as Board Chair of MyPath.
