Assessing data became part of our DNA through our work with GB Cycling, GB Rowing, and England Rugby - since then, we’ve been right behind many successful organisations, building great teams for over 20 years.

We’re now on a mission to provide organisations the critical insight needed to support decisions at every point of the employee life cycle, using comparable approaches we used in sport.
