Alex Leduc, CFA, is the CEO and Principal Broker at Perch, a digital platform focused on providing analytics-driven insights to support Canadians in their real estate decisions. With a wealth of experience in financial planning and analytics, Alex previously held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics at MCAN Mortgage Corporation, where responsibilities included data automation and budgeting. Prior to that, Alex served as Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance at Equitable Bank, along with a graduate rotational role covering various aspects of finance. Alex began the career as a Commercial Credit Analyst at VersaBank. Educational background includes an HBA with Distinction in Finance & Analytics from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours degree in Business Commerce - Finance from the University of Windsor.
