MyPilotIndex (MPI) | Aviation Career Intelligence Platform (App)

MyPilotIndex (MPI) is a data-driven platform designed to bring transparency, meritocracy, and efficiency to aviation hiring and career development.

At the core of the platform is the MPI Score — a structured, objective framework that evaluates pilot qualifications, experience, and market positioning based on real data.

For pilots, MPI provides clarity and direction: understand your market value, identify gaps, and build a stronger, data-backed professional profile.

For recruiters and aviation companies, MPI delivers a smarter hiring process: access qualified candidates, reduce time and cost, and improve decision-making through accurate matching and structured insights.

Key Features:

• Merit-based pilot scoring system
• Intelligent candidate-job matching
• Recruiter dashboard with pipeline visibility
• Industry insights and market data
• Career “Flight Plan” for structured growth
• Profile verification and validation (in development)

MPI is more than a hiring tool — it is a growing aviation ecosystem built to connect talent with opportunity in a more efficient and transparent way.

We are currently launching our first version, with continuous updates and new features being developed.

Let’s Connect

We invite pilots, recruiters, and aviation partners to explore the platform, create profiles, and experience both sides of the ecosystem.

Your feedback matters — this is just the beginning.
