Stephane Demon is currently the Head of Financing and Renting activities for Europe at RCM, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Société Générale from 2006 to 2010, where they served as Deputy CFO for Specialized Financial Services, managing external growth projects and funding initiatives internationally. They also held roles as a Financial Analyst and Tax Specialist during their time there. From 2022 to 2024, Stephane was the Country Supervisor for the Czech Republic and Romania, overseeing large banking platforms in Central and Eastern Europe, and they also supervised operations in Russia.
