Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and support. Currently serving as IT Supervisor for Equipment Management at Myriad Genetics since September 2022, Michael leads the IT Equipment Management Team to ensure efficient equipment provisioning and reclamation. Prior roles include IT Service Desk Tier II Analyst at CRH Americas, where support was provided for a large-scale infrastructure, and Service Desk Technician for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring technology services met customer needs. Michael also has extensive experience managing IT operations across various organizations, including Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. and APAC Customer Service, with a strong foundation in network management and technical support. Education includes studies at the University of Utah, Brigham Young University - Idaho, and Salt Lake Community College.
