Basile Henry

Senior Developer at Myrtle.ai

Basile Henry has a diverse work experience. From 2017 to the present, they have worked as a Senior Developer at Myrtle.ai, where their responsibilities include designing and implementing components for high-performance/low-latency ML inference on FPGA. Basile has also worked on custom compute circuits, integration, specialized compiler/assembler, automated testing, web demos, and documentation portal and cloud deployments. In addition, Basile has led implementations with other programmers, taken on line manager responsibilities, and mentored and on-boarded new recruits and interns. Prior to their current role, Basile worked as a Software Developer at Myrtle Software and as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Edinburgh. Basile also served as a Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh, where they tested chips for Visible Light Communication. Before that, Basile gained experience as an Android Developer at YourTaximeter.

Basile Henry completed their education from 2004 to 2012 at the European School of Brussels 1. Basile did not obtain a degree during their time at this school. Following this, from 2012 to 2017, they attended The University of Edinburgh, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronics and Software Engineering.
