Raghu D

Raghu D has a work experience that spans over several years. From 2012 to the present, Raghu has worked for SBS CORP and SBSCORP. At SBS CORP, Raghu held the role of Team Lead - US Recruitment, where they managed a team of 12 recruiters and was responsible for achieving team and personal goals. Raghu also developed knowledge of recruitment best practices and account management, and identified and recommended areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Prior to this, Raghu worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SBSCORP. In this role, they analyzed requirements, sourced resumes from different portals and referrals, screened profiles, and conducted telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
