Manuel has been working in software development for more than 20 years for the telecommunications and payment industries to help service providers in the development and implementation of provisioning, billing, collections, recharge and payment solutions. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Babson College, USA and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Universidad Metropolitana, Venezuela. He joined MyScienceWork to grow the established platform and reinforce the technical team.
