Leonardo Lopes Ramos

Leonardo Lopes Ramos is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Leonardo began their career in 2004 as the Founder & CEO/CPO of Vale1Convite, a web-based entertainment platform that became one of the precursors of today's Vantage Clubs. In 2011, they founded and became CEO/CPO of LRSYS - SISTEMAS INTELIGENTES, a company composed of himself and five developers. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Technology and Innovation at Diálogo Logística, where they were responsible for projects such as Google Package Tracking and GO TECH. In 2020, they became the Founder & CTO of MySide and a Member of Movimento Transformação Logística, a non-profit organization that seeks to value and optimize logistics. Leonardo also became the Head of Engineering at Carriers Logística e Transporte, where they restructured the Onboarding process and implemented agile methodology and Tribes and Squads.

Leonardo Lopes Ramos completed a Graduation in Engenharia de Controle e Automação Industrial from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 1999 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Graduation in Administração de Empresas from Udesc Esag between 2000 and 2004.
