Paulo Prado

Paulo Prado has been working in the finance and banking industry since 1994. Paulo began their career as a Gerente de Produtos at SOCOPA, where they were responsible for managing individual investors. Paulo then moved to Santander Asset Management in 2001, where they held the role of Superintendente Adj. de Produtos, managing investment products for the retail market. In 2007, they joined Banco Santander as a Superintendente Comercial Regional, responsible for directing all the branches in the Rio de Janeiro region. Paulo then held the role of Superintendente de Expansão de Agências, followed by Superintendente de Incentivos e Metas. In 2015, they joined Target Incentivos as Diretor Comercial. In 2018, they became Partner and Manager at KonnecTo Brazil. In 2019, they became a Local Partner at the Floripa Office for weme. In 2020, they joined EloCorporate as Diretor Comercial, and Franq Openbank as Senior Personal Banking Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder of MySide.

Paulo Prado's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 1993 to 1998, an MBA Executive International from the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) from 2008 to 2010, and a Specialization in Strategic Finance in Banking from The Wharton School from 2009 to 2010.
