We want to empower individuals, communities and organizations to use their most valuable resource, the know-how of real people.

Skillab is a platform that centers on making human skills transparent.
We use an innovative skills information and rating system supported through artificial intelligence. Our products focus in detail around the topics of skills-matching, target focused distribution of information, employee on-boarding, and team transitioning as well as analytics and reporting. Skillab is a flexible system used by companies as a stand-alone application or simply linked to other human resource systems.

Our vision is to provide a tool that allows management to plan for the future and allows a personal branding for the employees.
