MySkillsPlus is an AI-driven platform tackling persistent challenges in recruitment: information overload, fragmented channels, time-consuming searches, and missed opportunities. Our mission is to make skills truly visible, discoverable, and valuable — for everyone.

We’re built on three core pillars:

  1. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
Using a comprehensive cross-industry Skills Taxonomy, we enable individuals to create structured Skills Profiles across six dimensions: Knowledge, Tools, Applied Skills, Role Levels, Context, and Personal Attributes. This unified framework applies to both jobs and people, eliminating ambiguity in resumes and job descriptions. Profiles are enhanced with AI assessments, peer feedback, and credibility scoring - enabling precise matching and skill gap analysis.

  2. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Anonymous Skills Profiles are searchable for free - with no subscriptions or licenses. They’re also indexable by search engines and accessible via open APIs, increasing visibility across platforms. One profile. Maximum reach.

  3. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Candidates share their background and contact details 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗲. This puts individuals in control, reduces spam, and rewards them for their skills data. It also ensures recruiters approach with seriousness and intent.

In a world full of noise, MySkillsPlus helps the right talent and the right opportunities find each other - faster, smarter, and on better terms.
