We do not offer pre-packaged foods because we believe that our clients need the tools, knowledge, and education to be able to keep their weight off permanently. In the real world, you need to know how to dine out at restaurants without being afraid of gaining weight. Slim180 programs are flexible and affordable for everyone. With our one-on-one counseling, everything is personal and tailored just for you!

The Slim180 Program was designed for rapid weight loss and we focus our clients on losing 3-5 pounds of weight per week. The initial consultation is FREE and only takes about 30 minutes, and our programs are affordable for everyone. We individualize each program based on your specific needs.  Because everyone is different, we create a program specifically designed for you. We can also work with individuals with medical issues. We believe our clients can’t afford NOT to do the program.  It is vital to live your life to its fullest and that means investing in yourself because “You Are Worth It”.  Weight loss brings vitality, health, a new attitude and a new you.
