Büsra Aslan started their work experience in 2009 as a Winkelmedewerker at Dirk van den Broek. Büsra then worked as a Sales Advisor at H&M in 2013. In 2014, they joined Visual Meta GmbH as a Partner Manager and later became a Junior Quality Manager responsible for quality management of shopping portals. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Consultant/Stylist at OUTFITTERY. From 2019 to 2022, Büsra worked as a Sales Support at Deutsche Post. Currently, they are a Support Consultant at Mysolution, starting in 2022.

Büsra Aslan began their education in 2010 at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), where they pursued a degree in International Business and Languages until 2014. In 2011, they also attended the Goethe Institut and received a Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf. As part of an exchange program, Büsra attended Istanbul University in 2012 and 2013, focusing on Business Administration.
