Dianne Thoutenhoofd

Dianne Thoutenhoofd has a diverse work experience. Dianne started their career in 2019 as a Horeca Medewerker at Daisy's Ice, Coffee & more Veenendaal, where they worked until August 2020. In 2018, they joined Hoogvliet BV as a Kassamedewerker and later transitioned to the role of Verkoopmedewerker broodafdeling in January 2019. From February 2021 to June 2021, Dianne worked at NAVARA as an HR/Talent Acquisition Stagiaire, where they supported recruitment processes and daily HR tasks. Dianne also completed an advisory assignment to optimize Performance Management within NAVARA. Following their internship, Dianne continued at NAVARA as an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2021 to January 2022. In October 2021, they joined ISO Groep as a Recruiter until October 2022. Dianne's most recent role was a Junior HR Adviseur at Mysolution, starting in June 2023. Dianne also previously held a position as an HR Afstudeerder at Mysolution from November 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, Dianne gained experience as an Onderzoeksstagiair HR at Dura Vermeer from February 2022 to June 2022, where they conducted research and presented their findings in an advisory report. Overall, Dianne has accumulated valuable experience in various HR roles and has demonstrated their ability to contribute to recruitment, advisory, and performance management projects.

Dianne Thoutenhoofd began their education in 2016 at Ichthus College Veenendaal, where they pursued a HAVO degree in Economie en Maatschappij. Dianne completed their HAVO degree in 2019.

In 2020, Dianne enrolled in Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and started pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Dianne obtained their Propedeuse in Human Resource Management from the same institution in September 2020. Dianne is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management in 2023.

During their studies, they also pursued a Minor in Arbeidsrecht at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2021 to 2022.

Dianne has additionally obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed a course on English language in the context of Business at level B2 from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede (CHE). Dianne also participated in the International Business and Human Resources Carrousel 2022 at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca in November 2022.
