Dirk Meeuws

Dirk Meeuws has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they served as a Board Member for VSV 'Leonardo da Vinci' until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Consultant for ISC Delft, specializing in modeling, optimizing, and implementing core company processes. During the same period, they also served as a Faculty Student Counselor at TU Delft, representing the interests of aerospace engineering students and collaborating with the faculty to enhance education and facilities.

In 2011, Dirk joined Stichting International Research Projects Delft as External Affairs, where they played a crucial role in acquiring research projects for the organization. In 2012, they worked with Damen Shipyards Group's IRP business development team, focusing on developing a business plan for DAMEN Marine Components to enter the Brazilian market. Dirk's responsibilities included exploring partnership opportunities and joint ventures.

From 2010 to 2014, Dirk engaged in competitive rowing and coaching for D.S.R.V. "Laga". In 2014, they worked as a Strategist at Kaiva, utilizing their strategic skills to contribute to the company's objectives.

Dirk's career took a shift in 2015 when they joined OnRecruit as a Product Manager. Dirk was responsible for overseeing three products aimed at increasing the online fill rate for staffing agencies and employers. In 2018, they took on additional responsibilities as Chief Operations Officer & Chief Technology Officer at OnRecruit, holding both positions until 2022.

Currently, Dirk serves as the Head of Products at Mysolution, a position they assumed in January 2022. As Head of Products, they drive the strategic direction and development of the company's product portfolio.

Dirk Meeuws began their education at Nutsschool Beneden Beekloop from 1991 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. From 1999 to 2005, they attended Strabrecht College and obtained a VWO degree with a focus on Physics, Math, and Science. Following that, they pursued further education at Delft University of Technology from 2005 to 2014, specializing in Aerospace Engineering.
