Janine van de Kaa

Janine van de Kaa has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting as a Verkoper at Albert Heijn from May 2016 to June 2021, Janine transitioned to Stage Entertainment as a Receptionist from June 2021 to May 2022. Subsequently, Janine worked at Utrecht University as a Communication Officer and Project Officer from July 2022 to May 2023. In 2025, Janine held multiple positions at Sogeti, including Ambtelijk Secretaris Ondernemingsraad, Medior PMO, and PMO from March to November, before joining Rijkswaterstaat as a PMO | Adviseur Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet. Currently serving as a Consultant at Mysolution since December 2025, Janine also gained research experience as an intern at Dutch Game Garden and Utrecht University. Janine holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Media Studies and a Master's degree in New Media and Digital Culture from Utrecht University.
