Michael Corey

Michael Corey is a seasoned data scientist and educator, currently serving as the first data scientist at Mysten Labs since September 2023, with a focus on growth initiatives. Michael holds a visiting faculty position at Bennington College, teaching courses in computer and data science, and is also an advisor on Responsible AI practices at Faraday. Previous roles include data scientist positions at 0x Labs and Fluency Inc, where Michael built analytics systems and owned product reporting. Michael has extensive experience at Facebook, having held multiple roles related to data science and diversity, as well as teaching positions at Cornell Tech and DePaul University.
