Greg Pfundstein has held various executive roles throughout their career. Greg is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Switchboard, where they are involved in developing a texting platform that focuses on building deeper relationships through SMS, MMS, and Video Texting. Prior to their current role, Greg held the same position at RumbleUp: Powerful P2P Texting and uCampaign.
Before entering the tech industry, Greg gained extensive experience in operations and management. Greg worked at Economics Partners, initially as the VP of Operations, overseeing the integration process after Ryan LLC acquired the company. Greg later served as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for building and maintaining the company's operating platform and driving growth and acquisition strategies.
Greg also had experience in investment management at Nehemiah Investments LLC. As the Managing Director, they managed investments in early-stage companies, conducted due diligence, negotiated investment terms, and provided advisory support to portfolio companies. Earlier in their career, Greg served as the President of Chiaroscuro Foundation, where they managed grantmaking activities and led high-profile public relations and advocacy campaigns. Greg also founded and served as the President of Patients' Rights Action Fund, a non-profit organization focused on advocating for patients' rights.

Greg Pfundstein attended Thomas Aquinas College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they studied at The Catholic University of America and obtained a Ph.L. degree in Philosophy.
